How to use Staking

1. Click on "Liquid Staking" in the left hand menu

2. This page is for creating new deposits. Here you can deposit your BONE, for which you will receive liquid knBONE tokens in return in accordance with the rate in the system.

   

   1. Enter the deposit amount:

      • In the AMOUNT input field, enter the number of BONE tokens.

      • The USD equivalent will be displayed below the main value.

      • Click on the "Use MAX" button to deposit the entire available BONE balance in your wallet.

      • If you enter an amount higher than your BONE balance:

        • If you enter an amount greater than your BONE balance on Sepolia, but less than the sum of your BONE balances on Sepolia and Puppynet, you will be prompted:

        • If you enter an amount greater than your BONE balance in Sepolia and Puppynet combined, a different prompt will be displayed:

      • Below the input field you will see the following information about your deposit:

        • You will receive - the amount of knBONE you get from this deposit according to the Exchange rate below.

        • Exchange rate - knBONE:BONE rate in the system.

        • Allowance - displays the amount of BONE tokens you have previously approved to deposit into the protocol. If N/A is displayed, then when sending the deposit the system will ask you to confirm the new allowance.

        • Reward fee - displays the protocol reward fee. This amount is charged only from the amount of rewards received, this fee does not apply to your deposits.

      • Click on the Stake button and confirm the transaction in your wallet. This transaction will send your Sepolia BONE tokens to the staking protocol.

      • Wait for the transaction to complete. Popup window displays the transaction progress:

      • Once the transaction is complete, the updated deposit amount will appear in the form on the right and knBONE tokens will appear in your wallet.

        • Your knBONE tokens will be automatically moved to the Puppynet network.

   The form on the right displays the current status of your deposit:

   • Available to stake - displays your current BONE balance in the Sepolia network.

   • Staked amount - displays your knBONE token balance in the Sepolia and Puppynet networks:

     • When you hover over the ⓘ icon, information about balances in each network is displayed.

   • Statistics

     • Annual percentage rate - displays the current APR as SMA (simple moving average) for the last 7 days of the protocol.

     • Total staked - reflects the amount of all deposits in the protocol.

     • Stakers - displays the number of protocol participants.

     • knBONE market cap - displays the current capitalization of the protocol.
